Sandwiches with carp and cucumber

Sandwiches with carp and cucumber are our number one good morning snack! Smoked carp goes very well with cucumbers - whether pickled, gherkins or homemade pickles. It's hard to think of a better idea than sandwiches with pâté with organic smoked carp and this green vegetable. The dry, smoked taste of the paste combined with the taste of cucumber is a real paradise for the palate. And if we add two solid slices of whole grain bread, we have a perfect, nutritious meal to start the day or a second breakfast.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 solid slices of country bread
- a jar of organic smoked carp pâté
- 2 pickled cucumbers or gherkins/pickles
- freshly ground pepper
PREPARATION
Sandwiches with smoked carp pate are quick and delicious to make. To prepare, you will need a knife and a board for cutting cucumbers, as well as bread and a knife for spreading.
- Prepare bread - preferably multigrain or fresh wholemeal bread. Cut two solid slices, the thickness of your finger or even larger.
- Spread the finished slices with a thick layer of pâté with organic smoked carp.
- Slice the cucumbers crosswise or lengthwise - whichever you prefer - and arrange them thickly on spreadable sandwiches.
- Finally, take ground pepper and sprinkle everything as you like.
WAY OF GIVING
Ready-made sandwiches can be eaten immediately - they are really hard to resist! However, if you prefer to take them to work or school and eat them for a second breakfast, nothing stands in the way.
